    Recommend motion: Motion to authorize the Town Manager to approve the contract for TSKP Partners for pre and post referendum project management oversight for the Wethersfield Public Schools Elementary Buildings and to allocate $55,900 of the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget Transfers, previously transferred by the Town Council on August 19th, 2024 for this project.
