Hello Jan, Thank you for the video tutorials. I just want to let you know that I was scrolling down for sewing tutorials and I randomly clicked on yours. I didn’t(somewhat do not) know anything about sewing or how a sewing machine is used. So, after watching some of your videos I gained the courage and confidence of taking my mom’s sewing machine out of the storage, I somehow managed to thread it and Wind up a bobbin and tinkered around. However, To be honest I didn’t make a “proper project” till now but thanks to your videos I am not afraid to use the sewing machine. I love how your instructions are clear and concise. In addition, it is convenient how you include the extra tips and tricks in the actual tutorial. Also, being a “clean/neat freak” the tutorials are extremely satisfying to watch because everything is neat, the corners of the projects are properly sharp and crisp, the pieces of fabric are cut perfectly and straight, and everything is perfectly lined up( thought share A little quirk of mind😋 ) I was also wanting to know if you can make a tutorial on how to sew lanyards with single fitted pen cosy that is detachable(something suitable for the Apple Pencil stylus) I have already lost two of them and they are expensive! Anyways I look forward to seeing more tutorials. Best wishes to you and your family. From Edmonton Alberta CANADA PS. And the calmness and patience in your voice are a bonus.😋😋
I love this! I've made a bunch for laces & ties! Going to go for a rug, so I've got my huge bag-o-tees ready for a yarn a palooza Friday night😁 Just found a use for the bottom seam by accident, left it in the loop & wrapped around my wrist...perfect sweat band for outdoor work!

Hi thank you. What rotary cutter and scissors do you use please?
This is the rotary cutter I like geni.us/SHXBf6k
I have a few pair of scissors. Ginger is the main one.
Have you made potholders with the yarn?
I have not yet, but it is on my list.
Do you have any tips on refreshing the T-shirt yarn after frogging? It gets so thin looking
Not sure what you mean "frogging" .
Thanks!
THANK YOU!!!
But what do you do with yarn?
crochet with it and make rugs, coasters, baskets. Use for face mask ties, and stay tuned and I'll show you another fun project next week.
