My cleric, having a full day to prepare will protect the city with multiple zones of Forbiddance and a few glyphs of warding.

You might me the artist who puts the most emphasis on beautiful lyrics above anything that I have ever listened to, at least besides the likes of Ren and Stupendium. Your lyrics are masterful: I strongly remember you putting out Weight In Gold, I listened to it and thought 'It's pretty good, but the melody is not up to snuff and it doesn't rhyme amazingly.' Foolish me, it is now one of the most listened-to songs on my list and easily my second favourite song of yours behind (fittingly) Far from Me.
I won't sully this comment with one of those 'Oh, you are so underrated and should be more popular!' because we all know that already and will just sound disingenuous, but I hope you realize the fanbase you have accrued is incredibly loyal and will slowly but surely grow with time.
Thank you for making such heartfelt songs.

I just want to say, I love the style for this song and sequel (song of fallen hero) and not just in the context of the blacksmith community I really connect and interpret this song on completely other way. I like to imagine that blacksmith is me, who is forging the future me (which is strongest blade), for example this part: "Shape, grind, polish and shine
The world ain’t ready for a work so fine" is such a powerful one, because it represents actually that future version of you who is triumphing after that hot and chaotic process of forging.
I guess I just wanted to say it's not just a literal song but you really brought some poetic and emotion that can be represented in so many ways! Not everyone can do that, so thanks for this and I hope to hear more from you, I think this style suits you really well! Cheers from Montenegro :D

Currently playing a Forge Cleric/Artificer with him growing up as a blacksmith and this resonates with me. Its also kind of a somber song, too, you only come to the blacksmith if you need something, and whatever they make will have you be famous, despite it being their work. It's something my character experienced growing up, and its made him both lonely and wary to trust others to keep their promises, plus the fact that the townsfolk didn't like him so much because he was both a tiefling (adopted by humans at that) and a transgender man (female to male).

Ooooooh. So. I have a story I’m writing at the moment, and this song is just... amazing, and I have an idea now, where the world has different kinds of magic (thread, forging, plant, cooking, essentially 'everyday' magic) but some kinds of magic are rarer than others (song magic, for example, because of the training required to use it without blowing yourself up). My main charrie was raised in our world, and was taught by her grandmother from a young age to fight and sing alike. Her grandmother was incredibly insistent that she learn both, and she never knew why until she finds the portal back to their own world.
I can’t help but think that this song is one she sings for the artificer/blacksmith forging a blade for her so she can defend her land and people, and the bond that she forges with the smith while doing it, too! ❤ that is, with your permission, of course.
