    Road built and the grasses has already grown, but our governor can't build roads with greeny.

      That is the beauty of an urban/city road. It is more about placing value on standard.

    Let them mount a big road signage between that sharp bend.

      More waning signs can still help

    Speed Limit as you approach, there should be a sign for all to see as you Approach the roundabout.

      There are signs before the roundabout. Maybe more can be added.

      It seems so. Further measures can be put in place to checkmate the occurrence.

    Motorists should be driving carefully

      That is it. There are enough warning signs.

    YangaLife: speed bumps are not required on highways, rather the Highway Division of the Ministry of Works who designed the road and the curves should have tested the curves and earmarked the appropriate speed limit(s) required to negotiate the curves. They should also mount a conspicuous and visible sign(s) for vehicle operators. These road signs should be visible both day and night.

      Very correct on all except the speed bumps. There can be speed bumps and there can be rumbles strips both look alike. If you had watch one of my video on Obosi interchange, you will see speed bumps.
      Hopefully, soon you will be shown again the speed bumps at Obosi before the interchange.

    I hope they are not systematically trying to destroy this newly constructed road. Why will trailers be falling as they are under the anointing of a pastor?

      😁😁 road geometry issue.

    These trucks are heavily overloaded. Also if the driver's are to get their licence legitimately they suppose to go at reasonable speed when negotiating bends. But in alternative speed breakers out to be there,even if the driver is asleep he must be cautious..

    • @YangaLife
      @YangaLife  Рік тому +1

      That is it. Speed brakers are to force every motorist to brake before negotiating.

    The problem is not the curves or lack of speed bumps,most drivers in nigeria are not qualified to drive,common sense should have told them to slow down especially when a truck is heavily loaded and approaching a curve/bend.😅🙏

    • @YangaLife
      @YangaLife  Рік тому +1

      Some may not be qualified to drive, especially this heavy duty truck drivers. After all which driving school thought them how to drive.
      However, many factors can influence the drivers behaviour like, sleeping on steering, DUI, over speeding, loss of control, etc. Speed bumps is the only thing that can stop them by force.

      @@YangaLife lt's only in Nigeria we still see speed bumps and even police check points.😂Things that knowledge, advancement, technology has improved, replaced in other countries. Why is Nigeria not progressive in any area,that we talk of speed bumps? A signage across the road, a few meters before the curve that warns drivers to slow down, approaching a curve is more elegant and efficient than a speed bump.

      @Suntan, won't you take into consideration as regards the type of drivers you see on the roads before adopting measures that will suit them. Most expecially those big trucks driver are illiterates.

    I have said it before... They should put bumps there to avoid these trucks from falling on a smaller vehicle. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
    Meanwhile, the 2NB is now open to traffic. I can see vehicles using the Interchange here in Obosi coming into Owerri road from Asaba. It's a beautiful sight. 😊
    I am at the electrical market as we speak.

      Am sure they will install speed bumps for that us the only remedy for now.
