Thank you for your informative review. It was one of the reviews I watched extensively that helped me decide to get one of our own. Initially we have a Litter Robot 3 connect which has really been working for several years now. And have been wanting to get another automated one but the newer model of Litter Robot remains too expensive. I do notice as well, our cats prefers open top litterbox machines/boxes and Neakasa M1 does have that very big openhead top. The Neakasa M1 machine we got already arrived with the Litter Mat sticker strips, and the other freebies like 2 rolls of litter bags and rubber mat. It was timely there was a Black Friday sale at Neakasa website for $399 with free shipping..so it was good. timing. For now some little cons but not really that bad, the darker color of the upper inner side of the drum does make some smears so easily visible, it is not too bad but if one is OCD about it, it may be indeed irksome.
It’s a really good price and I’ve had no issues with mine. I believe technically under consumer law you can argue for a 2 year warranty period if you can prove any issues were a manufacturers defect (I think money saving expert has more on this)
Good evening, I'd love tu buy one but I can't find anywhere the maximum height it needs :( I've got to place it underneath a wall shelf and I'd like to be sure it fits 🤞Can you help with this information by ant chance ? Merci
I bought this like in april and it works fine but after like 6 or more months its starting to broke like the level of litter isnt right and it periodically stuck in closing and doesnt go down/open to let the cats in, i dont know how to fix it and the costumer service is telling me to buy a new one :c. Got any tips on how to fix pr start cleaning it?
I find that I need to calibrate the litter when I fill it up so it’s right but haven’t had any other issues. They shouldn’t be telling you to buy a new one when it’s less than a year old as it should still be covered under warranty
1 cat using fine. 1 cat absolutely refuses. Have you worked out how to clean behind the grate yet? It's looking a bit dirty back there from little clumps getting stuck behind it
When I gave it a proper clean last week I was about to poke a couple of small clumps to loosen them and then very gently pulled the bottom of the grate forward enough to let them out

I can understand that. Six months on I still love this litter box and so do the cats!
Really nice review video. Thank you! This helps much with my decision making while researching to buy my first auto litter box.
I'm so tempted to get one currently £399 BF Amazon deal. The only thing holding me back is the warranty is for one year 😮

I wonder how easy it would be for a 3 leg cat to use? Would it work with the Cat's Best litter?
Cat's best might be a little too chunky to work well. For your 3-legged cat I think they should be fine but you might want to pick up a step

I’ve just checked and it needs 70cm when cleaning (from floor to top of the drum when cycling)

@@MarksTechVlogs where did you clean it? I think it may be a bank holiday job
@@Caroline-qe7dz I took it out into the garden and left it to dry there too...certainly easier on a sunny day
