I would especially love to learn how to make a fitness routine sustainable in the long run, since I think it's so easy to fizzle out or, on the flip side, burn out.

For the scrubs: please don’t make your own sugar scrubs as the skin doesn’t need any actual food on it; also for the lips, a soft wet cloth is more than enough to exfoliate them!

Yes indeed! Sugar can cause microtears in the skin. Bacteria can get in and cause breakouts.
