Wow!! You have no idea how helpful these tips are for me. Especially with the sleep one! Im also a morning person, 5 AM is when I get up, but because of work life, friend life, and family, I go to bed later then I want to. But if I actually go to bed when I want to, I feel like I can do amazing for my workouts!
Hi Julianna! :) Thank you for answering many of the questions I had. I feel inspired to establish a regular workout routine this summer. As you emphasized, we must have a healthy MINDSET before pursuing a healthy BODY. We want to be fit for the right reasons. Fitness should empower us and enable us to feel like the best version of ourselves; it should not be a means to an unhealthy, self-devouring end. I think the motto "I want to be strong, not skinny" expresses this healthy and empowering mindset. Just to clarify, are you following a 5-day workout split?
Damn i really like your split - i think im gonna do the same and push all my upper body on one day as well. fuck push pull and 20 variations of the same damn thing. i think i got carried away when i started. thanks btw
