Ingredients.
Fresh fish
Ground provisions
Green banana and plantains
Dumplings (optional)
Fresh herbs
Onions
Fresh green lime
Garlic
Cloves
Salt
Whole Pepper 🌶️
Clean and season fish using seasoning of choice.
Not too heavy on all purpose seasonings
Peel and wash ground provisions
Peel banana and plantains
Add to boiling water
Knead flour for dumplings
Add to boiling pot
Top off with fish, onion,herbs and seasonings
Squeeze fresh lime juice
Allow to cook
