GREAT video so much information! Thank you! I’m looking at trading in my 2017 HRV. A little bummed they no longer have the side mirror camera. But I guess it’s blind spot protection now
Just back from test drive..loved the looks and decent power. However, I couldn't pull the trigger on a great deal due to the uncomfortable (hard) seats.
I got a 2024 HR-V sport and love it from I see on 2025 model is not much different then 1 I got. I love snow mode nice I the winter months here Michigan and love look of it to bought mine out right no payment on mine.
Wish they had stuck with Sonic Gray (realize it was never available on the HRV). The 2025 Civic dumped sonic gray for urban gray. I like the wheels though.
@@ShakeemAndCarsI plan to get a FWD in Urban Grey Pearl, the best color. I am not into green, so don't care for the Nordic Forest Pearl. The White also looks good with the black trim of the Sport. The optional black exterior emblems should be included with the Sport trim models. It would be nice if they offered the new Blue Lagoon Pearl or the Boost Blue Pearl on the HR-V, the latter would be more Porsche like. The Honda Sensing equipment is all in the windshield unit. I believe Acura still has some of the sensors behind the grille. The taillights are similar to the Acura SUV style. Honda put the N/A ICE 2.0L engine in the HR-V specifically for the reliability and longevity for the targeted consumer market over the problematic 1.5L turbo. I don't like the optional exterior body packages except for the front and rear HPD bumper guards. All of those accessories except for the splash guards ruin the aesthetics of the Sport. 2025 make three model years for this version, so I don't think they will change it soon, but heard 2026, probably available late summer next year is due for a refresh, which might have a mild exterior styling refresh like the Civic for 2025, though nothing is wrong with it. But Honda might intend for the refresh to be an added Sport Touring Hybrid trim with the same drivetrain as the Civic, CR-V and Accord with the expected Bose Stereo, upgraded Infotainment display with Google built in, full digital dashboard display, sunroof, leather seats power adjust seats and front/rear parking sensors, along with dual zone A/C. I fine with the Sport as is, but it would be nice if the Sport came with the Bose System or a Sport Touring just had that, the leather seats and the parking sensors. I just saw a video claiming the 2025 HR-V which is already out with a rendering of a burnt orange aerodynamic SUV similar to Kia/Hyundai styling with angular front and rear lighting added to the smaller hybrid HR-V/ZR-Z available in other regional world markets. But Zi doubt it, because I never saw that before from known reputable UA-cam channels.
Only the Si & Type R still have turbos. There supposed to be a refresh for the HR-V, probably available later next year as a 2026. I am guessing they may go the Civic route and replace the EX-L with a Sport Hybrid and add a Sport Touring Hybrid, which would be great. But if it were up to me, instead of the Sport Hybrid, they should have an Si. The Honda Sensing camera is at the rear view mirror, not behind the grille. I plan to get a FWD Urban Grey Pearl. I live in Honolulu, HI. So that's all I need. I already know what OEM and aftermarket accessories I plan to get. I already know how to improve performance a bit and get even better handling if I want more. Lots of the rest is mostly customization and convenience options or adding things not available in stock form. Plus I would probably add a 400 watt Rockford Fosgate amplifier and their upper line stock replacement speakers.
I just tested this car yesterday and liked it a lot.

Everyone would rather have lights covering both sides than a camera covering just one.
I like your vids and I buy this new HR-V 1 day.
Amazing review bro.

Try the Ex-l or go up to the crv

For 2025 nothing changed besides the honda pass. It’s now 1 year instead of 2 years like the 2024.
@@ShakeemAndCarsthank god I was able to get 2024 😭 them oil changes be real nice for free

Really ? The Urban grey is the number One requested color in the sport. I’ve sold so many of them.
