you'll find the pistol grip is what is causing the whine, Delta are aware and are planning to swap the quick swap motor plate grips for the traditional AEG type ;) Other than that every delta i have had a chance to play with has been phenomenal out of the box!
Cheers for the info @daveslayerv1.0 ! We did test the ETU which is now delta's old mosfet against the EGL, which has the traditional style pistol grip, massive difference, so would 100% agree with that! Thinking of putting a clean PTS style grip on and testing!
I've got the alpha 13", same internals etc so must be the same pistol grip I'm assuming. You suggest changing the grip then? How easy is this to swap out? I'm looking forward to see what you do with this. I really like the aeg, will look at upgrades for next year, any suggestions are welcome. Great video
@@akdihay Hey there! So we did a couple of things to get this shooting how we wanted to. Out the box the rifle isn't bad, however we would definitely recommend doing the following to prolong the life and get a little bit more out of her - Grip. Put a PTS one one, very easy to remove and fit, if this is something you think you may struggle with, please let us know or get a confident valued tech. After the grip, i would recommend opening the gearbox up, getting rid of all the old grease that the factory use and give everything a good service. After that, we put an m100 spring in, just to bring it up to 1J. Loved every second!
