I haven’t met anyone who doesn’t like Shortbread cookies. This buttery, crisp utterly delicious goodness just melts in your mouth. These rose shortbread cookies are my personal favourite. They are simple and require a handful of ingredients. If you have never tried these before, you are seriously missing out.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup powered sugar
2 cups all- purpose flour
1/2 tsp rose water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp rose petals
Pinch of salt
White chocolate for garnish
Pistachios
Rose petals
