Really discoverd it by my own last peroid , once i eat any thing with red or yellow color i felt mentally not good at all , i can;t even sleep well , and feel want to cry is it normal , something wrong
I was wondering about this too. Because I just got gifted a tea and it's lemon flavor with something else. But it's so RED I was wondering if it's the tea or dye. 😅 Because it could go either way.
They would label it if it has dye in it. Don't be fooled though. Natural food dyes like beet powder, blueberry powder, etc .... can be just as colorful as the traditional dyes from petroleum
I can't eat red dye at all. Within minutes of eating it my stomach reacts. And I'm messed up for days after.

Thank You. Great information. I guess this hazard includes Red Dyes on viatamins. That outside coating 😢
Great info
Thanks - glad it is hekpful!
I heard that they are using bugs to color the red food… ladybugs?
It's true. I've seen the videos on it.
The name I think is cochineal or carmine not sure which name.
I drink starberry tea everyday. It is red. It does not say red food dye on it, but it must be. Is that even harmful in tea?
Sorry for the delay - if it has food coloring added, it should say it on the label Perhaps it is red from the strawberries used?
