Aloo + onion Bhaji . Adding Bhaji inside This type of Dose been started by Hoteliers in 1950s Apx . And Hence its totally Called as Masale Dose . Hoteliers Stopped Adding Chutney and started giving Chutney separately next . Some Hoteliers next started adding Red chutney and gave Green Chutney separately . But Taste is different if Green Chutney is Layered and Bhaji added . Vendor in this vedio is trying best to give both taste in one go . Good job .

Less cleanliness,and ofcourse wastage. One person can eat easily ,what you wasted. Please maintain cleanliness. We see many street food stalls everywhere in the world ,but they all maintain cleanliness accept somewhere in India.
Looks like he is not an expert, unnecessarily overloaded with many masalas, butter on top of the recipe is not a part of typical rava dosa, wasted too much and also offered too much a quantity that becomes too boring to eat only one item plus cost is also high like in bigger restaurant but not like a street side like that of his business
