it would be a massive wasted opportunity if these teams (and others) didn't form a land registry alliance to facilitate regular meets and collaborate together competition is vital but it needs to be balanced against the problem and the size of the pie, if a cardano collaboration can popularise a set standards then all partners have a massive competitive advantage over other blockchain ecosystems
