    I think the biggest thing for many people is the nutrition part. For some they love the junk food too much, for others they don't want too cook, they want the quick pre-made meal.

    Great video as per usual. I'm absolutely guilty of a lot of the points you've mentioned, but glad to say the past few weeks ive been 90% consistent, which is a big improvement on before.
    The home gyms looking sick btw, the cables look great 👍

    Amazing video mate. I'm on the same path like you with working like 250 hours per month, trying my best to hit the gym 4 days per week. My question for you is, how you manage your sleep schedule? I just can't get enough of it most of the time.

      Thank you man! I’m going to be honest it’s all about prioritizing and setting non negotiables. I don’t have kids, just dogs, so after work once they’re settled and fed, I can start winding down. The more you can schedule your day in blocks the better. Basically, just create a detailed plan for every day and stick to it best you can.
