How much compression do you have on it? High rpm with 96 exhaust really need bigger carb, longer blowdown duration and compression at least 200 PSI to make sense to build it that way.
With the longer stroke the piston covers more distance at 96° than most comparable 60cc machines. I am a low exhaust high compression guy but there is solid theory behind building this model this way.
@@Super-Dave-Outdoors I agree, but in comparison, for example with the MS361, volumetrically 96 exh on 590 it's around 98 degrees on ms361, which is still low. To achieve good results, you still need a larger carburetor, greater blowdown, high compression, and for this model, also an understanding of the ignition timing curve on high rpm.
Love the idle muffler tone. It's like a deeper 372 cackle.
That’s the best revving 590 I’ve seen
Man, I want my 590 to run like that!!!!! I'd be satisfied with a MM, tune, and timing key. Just want a solid work saw.
It’s a solid saw stock, no need to do anything to it other than tune the carb
Yeah when it comes to the echo saws charle brisko has them figured out and hands down the best guy for porting those Echo chainsaws
That's one amazing saw and runs great! Good job on it. T really winds out nicely and so has loads of torque.
Hell of a deal in either configuration!
Amazing what adding a little metal can do! Great runner now👍🏻
👊
Very well done!
👍👍 looks like a good runner!
Lookup hot saws 101 echo 620 he's the only one I've seen that got those echos to spin up nice
That good man guy is pretty shady. I wouldn’t pay to much attention to him! 😁👍🏼👍🏼
Nice build! Could you do a video on dying the plastics? Been thinking about dying most of the plastics on my 590

@@novicelumberjack thanks!
Looks like fun!
Man idk about the pin holes in the weld job if it happens to let go you've got a way bigger problem but cool build man
Old stock 620 cover. New stock that ships with the 84DL 24" bar ****i think**** is good with adapting bars
Is this something that can safely be done(modify) 2 the older style clutch covers?
When is sawfest have never been to and would love to go
When's the cookie bonfire, and are we all invited ?
It's not like we won't see the gigantic flames from the other coast.
Runs good!

I have the Dukes bar and love it!
Ok notepads out! Make combustion chamber smaller then add exhaust duration. Gonna have to try that!
👍🆙BigGuy
The Duke's just started preordering today for aftermarket Echo 620 cylinders!
👍🏻
Agreed meh on the pop up piston. And not enough rev on 590.
9:51 hey, you got it that time!!! 😂
