    Trying to make positive changes for your health can feel SO OVERWHELMING!! You don’t know where or how to start… “Should I do a pilates class? Should I start lifting weights? Am I supposed to be getting 10k steps a day? But what about my posture? And my core? And my cardio?!?!” 😫
    It’s so much to figure out!! But you want to try, so you start accumulating little pieces of this and that, and realize you need to just start somewhere. You’re only getting older and feeling less healthy day by day.
    Here, let me streamline it for you. Just start with this:
    ➡️ Pick one meal today, and go for a 5-10 minute walk after that meal. (So simple, right?)
    But is that even going to do anything?? YES.
    👉 It will lower your blood sugars and even blood pressure
    👉 It decreases stress hormones, like cortisol
    👉 It gets your hips and core moving and working (ahhh…. they need that!)
    👉 And it gives you a bit more activity in your day than you would have done otherwise.
    Let’s just get that ball rolling!!!!
