      @@NautyLittleTreats thank you, you have no clue how I appreciate your info. Once you cover the cake in white chocolate, does it dry hard? And how long do you wait to cover it?

      It does give a nice firm surface to work with x how long you wait will depend on the weather as the warmer it is, the longer it will take to fully set. However if you are in a rush, you can pop it inter fridge for 10mins which should help firm it up without it getting too cold (covering a cold cake could create condensation when it comes back to room temp) x

    Did you whip the ganache?

      No I don’t whip my ganache when coating a cake. It can be done if wanting to use it as a frosting for cupcakes though x
