Her vocals are still mixed too low in comparison to everything else. She's one of the cleanest and strongest technical vocalists and this just doesn't do her justice. Get it together BBC Radio 1!

@@kombe971 it's the volume of her mic in comparison to everything else. You raise your mics volume to pick up more sound, especially when you're singing lower notes or in a lower register.

Yasso - Yup Hayley said it herself. She says she doesn’t do much in terms of working out and stuff. She said it’s just a healthy vegan diet and taking care of herself. I don’t think she wears much makeup though unless it’s performing. She post herself without makeup all the time and she looks virtually the same as she does in this video. She’s flawless without it too.

The word “simmer” can’t describe the emotional vibe of this song. It’s a simmer definitely, but more of a slow burn, that amounts to no huge explosion. The song keeps the same emotional level, but Hayley takes it to another level with her emoting and sheer vocal technique. This is an anomaly of a song, and it’s so beautiful, sad, potent, and absolutely burning. I can’t simmer down, Hayley. You won’t let me!
Great eye. Ears? Anyway, yeah, I feel like the constant remarks about simmering are a self-command. She's not simmering; she has to _tell_ herself to simmer down.
I just love to see how she changed, she sounds a lot heavier now, she was already one of the greatest but i think that now she´s really getting to another level of awarness and emotional expresion, just loved it!

it's crazy how similarly our lives have been. I'm the same age, have have been struggling with depression, pain and other sh*t Paramore's music saved my life and has been always been my favorite band. The right words every damn time. Hayley's vocals and lyrics all these years. Now I see her and feel like we've grown together somehow. It may sound crazy by I can't explain how identified an passionate I feel about her. I'm so happy she gets to do her own music. I just hope they don't pull another mcr hiatus.
And here I am more than 10 years later realizing I still have a biiiig crush on this wonderful person (as a woman and an artist) , she just got this " something special " thing. I'm glad and thankful for " Petals for Armor ", we definetly get to see how powerful she is in many ways.

I've been listening to Hayley's music since I was 14, she wouldn't haven been much older than me at the time either. I feel like she's one of the only artists if not the only artist who has grown up with me. I'm 24 now and I can relate as much with her new music today as I did when she released music then.
