- We've been working all year on launching a brand new website for Nelly's Security. It will be faster, it will be easier to use, and you won't have to worry about any more cart glitches. A task like this is a huge undertaking, so thank you so much for your patience as we've been getting this site up and running.
In THIS video, we will show you how to navigate the new site so you are ready for launch day on June 10th, 2024! We go over the new layout, explain the dealer program update, and walk you through "company accounts".

Any chance of improving your over the phone tech support? I have called in a few times and I get a person wanting to set up an appointment for a return call for a future time, which doesn't work for me. I never had a problem in the past until after you merged with another company.
You're right, we've gotten a lot of new business recently and everyone is very busy. Luckily we have Merita to take calls and set up appointments! The reason you never had to set up an appointment in the past is because if everyone was busy you'd have to leave a voicemail and wait for someone to call back. Now when there are no available tech support reps, at least you have a better idea of when they'll be available! As far as freeing up some of the phone lines, we're always looking to grow the team, so hopefully we'll have more help soon. In the meantime, thanks for your patience!
