Thank you for trying not to Rollkur, I see the subtle loosening of reins, and it's a good thing for this magnificent horse. May he be blessed with a long, loved life.
Why do you have to work an irrelevant reference to Rollkur into these comments? And btw, those "loosening of the reins" are actually called "descent des mains". They aren't boons, they're tests of self-carriage originally espoused by Baucher. The comment section is not a declamatory soap box. Stick to what's presented in the clip. For example, the one criticism I could make is that the stretching in the trot was not through, indicating the need for more canter trot transitions. Likewise, threre was less schwung in the free walk than I expected. To me, this suggests the horse is in need of more work in collection. More challenge, in other words.
*Spectacular! Magnificent! Wonderful!* Thank you for sharing him! I would LOVE to see him without the white protective boots on (just to see his natural legs).
@@antoniabaker7770 Yes, he doesn’t do any advanced dressage lections, that’s true. But still I think for a 4-something year old it’s quite a lot to trot and gallop at this pace for this long with such short reins forcing a tight head posture which is by the way not correct as it should be slightly before or at most vertical (sorry, I haven’t got the correct vocabulary in English). There is a saying, at least in German, that “One more year as a foal means 10 more years as a horse”, encouraging horse people to go slow in educating and training young horses, and I think there is truth in it.
The symmetry in his makings is perfection - his owners would have gasped when he was first born - truly amazing.
Most foals are not born with the true adult color. Spotted😂horses change throughout their life.
@@laurademarrais3248 true, when my horse was a baby/very young she was black and now she is a gray
All I Can Do Is Stare In AMAZEMENT At This BEAUTIFUL HORSE 🫡💯🏆🏆🌟🌟🌟❤️😊

I was happy to see the upwards half-halts in the canter work. Just needs to be more frequent to keep him in front of the vertical :D

Splendid stallion! Thank you for the kind hand and leg. I can hardly watch dressage anymore, but this was lovely!

What an absolutely perfectly blanketed horse. Right down to 2 identical white patches above his hock. Perfectly symmetrical.❤❤❤
Fun fact - many ofspring has exact same “Marks” there 🤗

No amount of spots or fancy trot is gonna sell this horse compared to its behavior, temperament, and free running.
How could anyone look at this and not believe in God. Wonderful.
What an amazing stallion and a great rider.
As correct as he is motley; marvelous horse.❤
Spot on! Beautiful mover and looker!

So harshly, unnaturally collected.

How old is he?
2019
Quite young to demand such performance (apart from whether one approves of this kind of dressage or not). Beautiful horse.
@@stineb.7165 he is clearly just starting out doing basics.
@@stineb.7165i absolutely hate what they make these horses do !!

Can anyone let me know what coat color/pattern this is called?
I Think it’s spotted
Half Knabstrubber, yeah.
I was just about to ask that.. I wonder what his dam looks like ? Does anyone have pics ??
I’m so glad that y’all aren’t using rolkur especially since totilas the father died from rolkur
Totilas got colic at 20 and died,he didn’t really die from rollkur. But yes, Edward Gal trained Totilas with rolkur which is abusive and painful😓
@@IsabelSjödin oh thank u for correcting me:) but it’s still sad that he put that horse thru so much pain;(
Jumps like a goat😂
😍😍😍😍😍
I wish they wouldn't ride these wonderful horses behind the bit ALL the time! That is not the classical way!
