@@etam8099 My RNG works like this; the game offers me T0 ships on a silver platter, but for the ships I desire out of pure collective or waifu material, RNG rejects me. But yeah, performance-wise, Taihou is a above-average CV, but her gimmick is luck-focused, so she's a T3 CV. Nagato is a T0 BB who is basically the bulk of your whole Sakura Empire fleets. She grants buffs and has a powerful barrage. Nagato is best paired with Amagi (debuffs FP, TRP, and AVI of all enemies by 9%) and you can slap on whatever other ship you want to put in your fleet. For PvP, Hiryuu is a solid 3rd mainline choice. Much like the HMS with Queen Elizabeth, or the FFNF/MNF with Richelieu, Nagato is a MUST for ANY IJN fleet you're putting together. As for Suzuya, she is a CA with a crazy buff for RLD. She'll need to hit the enemy up to 24 times with her main gun to get up to a 75% RLD boost until the end of the battle. And to go with that, she also gains 15% FP from the buff. The other skill reduces AP damage taken to her. Overall, she is a very solo-focused ship, so she is pretty much above-average in terms of tiers, which is pretty good for only being an Elite rarity.

If you pair her with Noshiro and Helena Retrofit, they'll be the ultimate anti-torp frontline that can easily absorb IJN Torpmeme fleets in PVP while only losing less than 25% of their HP. Also, if you swap Noshiro with Baltimore, they can easily shred any Cruiser fleet in PVP when they're equipped with Roon guns.
