    I did all of this but when I uploaded the documents and try to submit it, It just save as draft and when you call everyone has diffeerent solutions smh

    Stand Up For Students has been broken down since at least November of 2023 and is only sporadically paying people. There is no UA-cam video telling you this, and you may be relying on this money. It will never come. Despite more than 4 months of known technical problems, there is no estimated fix in sight.

    I dont even have a category for furnishings, internet, electives etc. I can't submit for the desk or chair. Please help.

    How do I account for tax on an item when there are multiple items for different categories on the same receipt? Thanks

    So how does this work for the transportation scholarship? Were we supposed to keep gas receipts from the beginning of the year?

      Hello! No receipts are necessary; the first of two annual checks will be going out to transportation families by the end of this month.

    My reimbursement was incorrectly denied twice and I’ve been trying for a month to get it resolved. I need assistance getting it corrected.

    Is this also how families submit a direct bill to provider request?

      I'm so lost!! Were you able to figure that out?
      We have the FTC scholarship and we need to take 2 credits online through Florida Virtual School. But I don't see where to get FLVS to bill SUFS directly. 😔

    The system doesn't work. It keeps asking me to update my payment method even though I've already done it.

      @@kacyannspence7921 Have you finally gotten in? I am going to contact Tampa Bay Times Educator reporter Jeffrey Solochek (Tampa), Emily Bloch (Jacksonville), Finch Walker (Space Coast), Leslie Poatal (Orlando), and Randi Hildreth (also Orlando). I recommend you do the same.

      @@stepup4students I have already spoken to telephone customer service, online chat customer service, and sent emails. Nothing has been fixed. Newspapers published articles over 4 months ago, and you still haven't fixed your problems.

    What does it take to go from awarded to funding for a homeschooled student? It's been months and it still only says 'awarded'.

    This isn't even an option for me. There is only HOME, MY STUDENT, TRANSACTIONS AND HELP. Nowhere is there anything about reimbursements. It says awarded on my son's application but no other emails or anything for next steps.

      Hello! Once the status moves from awarded to funded, you will then have the reimbursements tab.

    I attempted to submit the reimbursement but the system won’t allow me to because it says my ‘available balance is too low’. What does our balance have to do with us requesting our money back????

      Unfortunately, the system won't allow a submission if the amount requested is greater than your current available balance of funding.

    Thank you for this video! How long should we expect to wait before receiving a reimbursement and in which form will we receive the refund?

      Once you submit your first reimbursement request, you should have the card in about 7-10 business days. It comes in a very plain looking envelope with a "customer service" return address.

      I received the card and activated it and I have been approved for multiple reimbursements for over a month now and still not one penny on the card! I have called multiple times with no answer given for why I have yet to receive the reimbursements on the card. I called the bank and they said to call you guys and when I call you guys they say call the bank and give me no answer. This is very frustrating and I don’t understand why I can’t get an answer!!

      Thank you for this helpful video. My question is: what should we enter in the Invoice line for the item? I assumed we copy the invoice number on the document we are submitting for proof of purchase but wasn’t sure.
