The feeling of fasting is wild. You’d think you’d feel terrible but it makes me feel optimal. The one thing I’d suggest is making sure you’re getting electrolytes. Ingest a little bit of sea salt with your water and or an electrolyte mix. Also when you do decide to eat, take it very slow and easy, you can really eff yourself up or even worse if you eat a 1lb steak or something.
