Passing the Contractor exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr Mason
can you do a video on what your first year as a contractor would look like? like what should you be doing in the first 3 months, how did you build/find a good crew and the struggles that came along with it, and maybe if you took out loans.

Yes if you have the time! self study is the way to go! If you can study for one hr every day for 3 months you will be ready to take and pass the exam. That’s what I did.

Can you go over filling out the financial balance sheet to meet the working capital of $17,000 for the limited license. I plan on applying under my business name so I would imagine all my tools and equipment would be my assets and I wouldn’t have very much liabilities due to applying under my business name and I own all my equipment free and clear.

I've always believed Contractor exam( getting the General license) is not for all but studying, you need God's grace to pass.

Everyone of my subs are licensed and business running good enough to pay for materials and complete the job before getting paid by me
