me too! i've noticed that i feel my best when i wake up early and just get everything done. if i wake up at noon i feel sluggish and like i've "wasted the day" its normal to feel like that, you just have to get back into the routine. my roommate used to wake up super early but once in a while she would catch up and rest and sleep until like 12. its okay to have rest days, otherwise you will burn out and feel tired to do the smallest thing!
and even when ur body changes as u get older, its still beautiful its a different kind of beautiful, love u joanna

Your vlogs needs to be longer like longer in the very high hour ranges, coupled with a super long driving with me plus songs vlogs, that be 🫶🏾 really what I want for my life in general. You also have to bring back the 4k 60 frames per second setting back to your camera, it was such a vibe and you look absolutely stunning in that😮

I am wfh (not a 9-5) more like freelancing n stuff. And I am almost the same age as yours, I understand it so well. There are days when I think what’s the point of working out when I can’t enjoy my life and constantly feel guilty about eating that brownie or pizza. But then there are days when I love working out n treating myself the deserts. Just wanna say that please don’t feel anxious it happens with almost everyone. And I think present is the best version of yourself. So live it to the fullest.❤

What a vibe girl, you are such a vibe and very aesthetic your vlogs are. highly request for you to do a lot of driving vlogs too, when your in the car it feels you empty with out your music, I have always love listening to your music in the background when your driving even though I’d never know what it is. And please bring back 60 frames per second back to your vlogs, the aesthetic effects it brings to your vlogs it’s just 🤌🏽

I had the copper iud and it definitely effected me mentally and I was more bloated since it can cause inflammation plus always so tired!! So definitely look into it. Hoping you feel better soon!

Hi Joanna. I wanted to reach out because I’ve been sending you lots of e-mails to your business account and I hope you don’t mind. The reason is because you hit a chord and a discord at the same time being that I am from Fresno, California and there are lots of Armenians here that my Italian grandfather did not like one bit. I am of that heritage, ended up writing a paper on a Phil Collin’s song related to Lily Collin’s who you look a lot like and you definitely have a somber flirt to your eyes that is unique to her and to something in my paper that I deal with daily. I was once in Fort Lauderdale and the Everglades as a child and I had forgotten that Miami’s ocean waters were so blue-green like the Caribbean but your recent vlog reminded me of my side trip at that time to Nassau Bahamas. I had sent your business e-mail so many e-mails…I hope you didn’t get offended or find me weird. I don’t find a lot of the content on TV too good so I tend to watch vloggers at night to unwind on my Apple device.
