The tense up part is intense and so powerful. Ive done this video about 5 times and in the middle 3 i somehow konked out for the tense up and didnt hear it. Its like my body knew i wasnt ready (after the release i had the first time i did it). The body knows...

It took a long time to come back and Im not my best self, (maybe) i feel very connected to my Higher Self. Manifesting Gods highest will for my life, staying humble and grounded. He has given me new oppurtunities,He helped me pass a PT course that I failed first time around and Im back training kickboxing and mma, my love and passion. Thank You Jesus🙏🏻✝️🎷❤️. I felt His presence so strongly and He let me know hes there. It was kinda scary ngl. God please bring me home to myself. I love You Jesus. Praying for you veronica. Beautiful meditation thank you ❤️ when you say squeeze do you mean squeeze muscles and the body? When you say to breath out loud it’s like a cathartic sound? Also, at the beginning I was seated and than I lay down, is it the indication? I’m not a native English speaker and I would love to really understand this wonderful experience

When exhaling, focus on deep, intentional exhalation that can be soothing and cathartic. You can do this practice seated or lying down, listen to your body and see what resonates most. May you continue to breathe easy.
