From my experience, they taste of bullshit...
propaganda of govern-ment(al) pro vegan is known for most people in world. so no worry, enjoy shows ( youtube = t.el e v.sion 2.0 ).

governments and religions ( both very corrupt ), say for decades + , eat less meat. now wef (own nothing /be poor) say, eat much less meat.
It helps when your in a tropical place where there is tons of fruit. Try that in winter Pa. Yor food bill will be insane
My thoughts exactly, i feel like a diet like this is only really realistic if you live somewhere tropical that has a variety of fresh and high quality fruits to eat year round. In places like the US and UK the quality is always worse not to mention expensive, especially if you try importing yourself.
@@_Hollie_ exactly. It’s not feasible in suburban Massachusetts in the winter, especially when you don’t have a car
@@blueberry4082 or in cold pa. You can only get some of these fruits frozen. And I will tell you I'd I'm ever in an apocalypse, I want a big muscled guy to help me lol.
You realise not every video applies to everyone in the world. In all countries apart from the US, raw food is cheaper than processed food because its basic food. In the same way that the millions of fast food videos out there are for US citizens only. You think the whole world revolves around you 😂
@@KabeerVohra his books say otherwise. They're literally for western vegans.
I have tasted coconut sprout and its not even close to bread and butter its just the sprout is super spongey and its has mild sweetness and a distinct taste of its own
I mean supposedly this guy has only eaten raw foods for the past 7 years so he'd be forgiven for forgetting what bread tastes like
This guy has no idea what bread and butter taste like. I don’t condone or follow his diet but man I love seeing all the different fruit.
It's just his trick to keep the viewers "entertained"
Smaller coconut sprout indeed taste sweet and crunchy. But at the size of what he showed, it is watery and bland.
Maybe it does if you pick it at peak ripeness. I mean an unripe banana tastes horrible too. Who knows...
I'm not a frutarian but I love you guys, such positive energy and you look like genuinely good people! :) I'm wishing you all the best.

To people wondering if this diet is recommended as a healthy option, its not, we have been cooking food for 1.5 million years, our bodies have evolved specifically to digest cooked food
This will make you skinny but thats not necessarily a good thing
Also theres an increased chance of disease
It’s a big healthy but also I wouldn’t want to eat veggies or other stuff without meat also vegans are killas

I used to think like him. A raw vegan diet is not for everyone. I was vegan until i found out that i have crohn's disease. Since i can hardly eat any vegetables, i relied mainly on low fiber carbs. After being bored i went back to meat
I think it may be doable if you live at the equator where there's all this calorie dense tropical fruit, but in temeperate climates you can't eat local and seasonal and be raw vegan, it would be absurd, like you can't eat raw potatoes, pumpkin, beans, cereals etc

I’m an ex vegan and let me tell you please don’t make the same mistake.
I started needing to poop after almost every meal and had stomach issue despite a “healthy balanced vegan diet”.
Our bodies are meant to consume animal products! Nowadays the animal products are mass produced and are of lower quality but you still need them to function and to survive without loosing hair, being fatigue all the time and having memory problems, just to name a few.
I mean no hostility at all when I ask this, but I’m just wondering as to how long you were on a vegan diet? I’ve been vegan off and on for the past 5 years now and it’s very common for people who change their diets to experience (usually temporary) changes to their digestion. Vegan diets tend to have way more fiber and less processed foods than non-vegan diets, which results in the exact symptoms you described (more poop, strange digestion, sometimes more passing of gas). Fiber is harder to digest, but really helps clean out your bowels. I can’t claim it always happens, as people’s bodies definitely vary the way food is processed, but *usually* those less pleasant symptoms pass after the body adjusts to the new diet. It does take a bit of time and patience, but those symptoms don’t necessarily mean vegan diets are terrible for your body; just that it’s adjusting to the change in fuel. As long as you do your research and come into the diet knowing what to expect and how to compensate for the change in nutrient sources, vegan diets can definitely be sustainable and genuinely healthy! Personally, I do it for the ethical and environmental reasons, but health is a cool bonus.
Bruh ive been veg my whole life 💀
One of my coworkers from India has been veg for 40 years and is perfectly fine. I think it’s a lot more individual then you might think.
I think you just probably despite being vegan for so long never found the right protein and other vitamins lost substitutes bc so many vegans are way more healthy than meat eaters you just need to find good substitutes this is coming from a vegetarian also a lot of but not all vegans and vegetarians like myself are very disgusted with meat and are probably doing it for spiritual reasons ,,,, also I personally do believe we are not meant to eat meat it’s not necessary there is many substitutes that are healthier than meat (also have you seen that one older lady who looks very young and she’s been a raw vegan for years?? She’s perfectly healthy too) and it’s messing with the earth and it causes pollution ,,, if we as a society were to be vegan a lot of problems we have on earth would be fixed we would live longer and help a little with pollution and animal abuse would be a lot less common but this is just my personal perspective I am not trying to force anyone to be vegan I am just saying my personal opinion on this you do not have to listen
Anyone can thrive on a raw vegan fruit based diet. It is our species specific diet… transitioning oneself to be on that level from standard cooked food and animal products takes time and hard work.
You should try fish I feel like you would love it
He’s gotta eat more than just fruits most of the time
i genuinely pray for you that you get some protein brother 🤲🏼
guavas have a bit but i am really hoping that we can get this man a steak
@@blast507. tbh theres a hundred other things you need to worry about in your diet more than protein if youre vegan. its possible to get protein from plants but more the same fats and vitamins from animal foods.
Soy, peas and chickpeas have big amounts of protein.
@@milomsen ☠☠☠😅 not enough protein brother, unless you're willing to eat a large amount of them every day
@@ADRI_a_REAL1
Soy = 36g per 100g
Beans = 21g per 100g
Chickpeas = 19g per 100g
Chicken = 27g per 100g
Pork = 27g per 100g
Cow = 26g per 100g
The best source of protein is Soy. Your body needs 0.8g Protein per kg.
So for example the average male weighs 71kg meaning 56.8g of Protein. So you can just eat 200g of soy and already have enough for your day. Its complete bullshit to say Plants dont have enough or no protein. This is scientifically proven wrong. You can get protein really easy on a plant-based diet.
I love your energy!❤😊
I'd die eating like this, when I was half marathon training I needed 3000 calories a day 😅 my body sucks
hey everyone's body is different not every diet works for everyone! so just eat what you want and need while still being healthy! :)

It's interesting how many are saying rich kids... have you traveled to Asia? On a beach in Thailand for example, you can rent a bungalow beachfront with electric and internet included for a little over $300 a month. In Bali, a bungalow for $200 a month. In Colombia you can rent a penthouse-- the whole top floor-- with security, gym, pool, etc., for $700 a month. And many more affordable countries in paradise surrounded by nature and healthy food. I know many digital nomads and expats who live this way.

The body of this guy is the best advertisement against veganism
Most of the guys I see everyday look like this and their skin is worse. Are they are all vegans too?
Your videos have shown me that being vegan can be both enjoyable and easy, and for that, I hold your channel in the highest regard.
enjoyable and easy if all you do is shlepping around on a tropical paradise with all the fresh organic exotic fruits available to you. When you have a stressful job and fresh organic fruits and veggies cost an arm and a leg back in the real world being vegan is a drag.
Eating fruits only is so expensive
Unfortunately not everyone is lucky enough to get access to FRESH Fruits and vegetables daily.. most of us have to buy our fruits and vegetables from the supermarkets !!! and our supermarkets don’t always sell fresh produce . Because we are not lucky enough to live in paradise like some!!!
This man is living my dream
See, these people are the kinds of vegans I like. Not the ones that get mad at me for eating McDonalds. This guy is cool, I like watching his videos to see all these exotic fruits.🗿👍
Mooi maat, en hierna weer terug naar je marketing baantje in Amsterdam of nie?

I am a south Indian. I love Coconut sprout. We call it Coconut flower. We believe that who ever breaks a Coconut in a temple to offer that food to God and then find a sprout in it, we believe something good and happiest thing is going to happen soon in their life. I love the taste❤
Wow this was kind of eye opening. I'd always imagined this guy in a Gilligan's island situation.
BRO I would love that more than anything but I live in the North and the only thing fresh is deer sh*t right now. I dream of living this type of lifestyle… maybe someday! For now its a lot of root vegetables and eggs for those of us up here who don’t want deep fried everything now lol. Around where Im from anyways. Enjoy and dont take what you have for granted!

My favorite thing to do is act like a super vegan and invite vegans to my house for dinner and when we're done I start laughing then they ask what's funny I say I'm not a vegan and now neither are you hahahahahha
Bro you should try Tempe
Not to be rude to you or anything but there's a reason humans can digest meat and it's not because we simply evolved to be cruel to animals. Eating nothing but fruit and vegetables might be good as a one day "cleanse" of sorts every couple of days, but it is absolutely not good to do every day.
Why raw specifically? Is it just preference or do you have an explanation for it? Just curious
How in the world are you getting protein in the vital minerals that you need for your muscles to sustain if you're on a raw vegan diet every single day of your life?
I love coconut❤❤❤❤❤
The fruits you eat make me want to just go full blown vegan. I could honestly replace meat with fruit any day. If only I lived where I could actually get exotic fruit
