Then I watched how this guy transformed his body from skinny to shredded and he was walking shirtless constantly and didn't care what others think. That's when I decided that I want to lose fat. I started going to the gym and started eating healthy thanks to Nextlevel Diet. When I started my journey I had 350 lbs and now I am at 185 lbs and I feel better than ever.

I have been fat all my life. A month and a half ago, a certain event made me find the motivation to lose weight. Since then, I started going to the gym and having a healthy diet; And I lost 10kg. My goal is to lose 35 kg of weight. In a few months, I'll edit this comment to let you know if achieve my goal. Wish me luck. Some facts: I started with 113kg, and now my weight is 103kg. I'm 21 years old, and my height is 1,81m. Edit 19/07/2022: My weight is now 91.3kg. I lost 21.7kg in total. My goal was to lose 35kg, but I think it won't be enough, so my new goal is to lose 40kg. Since going to the gym, my mental state is much better and my life in general has improved. But this is just the beginning, I still have a lot to improve. I will keep reporting. Edit 26/02/2023: During August 2022, studies kept me busy and I didn't have time to exercise. In September of that year I went back to the gym, this time focused on muscle gain. Since then, my goal has been to gain muscle, with very good results. At the same time I have also lost weight, my weight is now 85.5kg. I lost 27,5kg in total. Starting tomorrow, I will focus again on fat loss.
