The only other major city in the world with such perfect climate is Bogota in Colombia. This is due to the fact that the two cities are in the tropics but at high altitude/elevation.
Nairobi already has a high quality rooftop scene. Much better than LA. Lived in LA for over two years and it cant compare to Nairobi as far as rooftops scenes. And this place here was on a Sunday afternoon.
