I’m stuck on the clutch pin removal on the crank case cover? I got the spring off the dowel… but can’t seem to get the dowel out? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

Is there a gasket that goes in between the cases?

Depends on the year, the early models 2003-05 use a gasket and the 2006-2017 use sealant.

I just started disassembling a 2003 crf150f. Can you tell me what tools I need beyond wrenches/ sockets? I’ve looked at motion pros website but want to be sure

We show the tools in our manual. I don't remember everything but you need a special locknut socket for the primary drive and clutch hub removal. This also needs a clutch holding tool.

How’s it going I’m about to start on the same year wondering how difficult it is. Rebuilt multiple yz450 and 250f engines but never one of these seems even easier but never do know 😂

The video was just for fun and goes over what parts are in the engine, your not supposed to use a short video to rebuild your engine, it is titled "taking apart an engine" after all.
