    Glad to watch show about Wisc. And a dad & son doing it. Good show! Good luck this year! I raised my son hunting and artifact looking. Don't leave dad at home when dad gets old. Rk.

    HBC kettle, hard to find them fully intact top and bottom

    They use those flat lead pieces to hold the flint in the jaws of the hammer on a flintlock, nice finds!

    English trade musket sideplate. The iron piece is a broken lockplate to a flintlock.

      @@Greysen_Reimer I agree, it's part if a lockplate. Once it's cleaned up you might be able to see a stamp on it.

    at 22:30 that lockplate belongs to the same gun the serpent sideplate came from

      Near there yes, I hunt all of wood county. Stevens point all the way down to nekoosa. You find much in Wausau?
