      Thanks for your reply I am practicing aanapansati meditation which is a part of mindfulness and struggling with my negative thoughts pattern.but regularly focusing on breath I am still learning it flows in all levels without believing in thoughts.

    Buddha told us this simple technique of mindfulness 2500 years ago but ma is still suffering.
