As someone with gems/crystals as their special interest, the Cookie Monster geode looks a lot like angelite in color, which is pretty rare to find in geodes. Props to the people who found it, especially with its cool pattern formations on the inside.

Fun fact : the water level isn't rising from the glaciers melting, it's most likely items getting put it the water. But that's just my own theory because i know how physics works, and the ice would just melt and nothjing would happen with the water because the ices mass is making there be more water area. Pretty cool huh.

I once watched a documentary on people with Tourette syndrome. It's really sad because most of the people don't understand Tourette Syndrome and they assume these people are either crazy or are assholes. Not everyone treats them like that medical professional.

@Jak Fitz I wasn't saying it wasn't. I couldn't begin to imagine what it would be like living with tourette's. I was just pointing out how most people, who probably don't even know about tourette's, would not be as patient with her as that nurse was. As you said, however, the person with it has it far worse. Sorry if what I said came out wrong, I was not trying to downplay the girl's own hardships.
EDIT: Can't believe I forgot this. I am not condoning people being mean to/discriminating against people with tourette's. That shit should stop too.
Honestly I think if I was the nurse and the Tourette’s patient was giggly like she was, I’d probably be trying very hard to avoid laughing. And no I’m not saying that Tourette’s itself is funny, just the fact that she didn’t seem so upset about it happening.

As a Phlebotomist I've drawn blood from people with Tourette's, Tremors, PLENTY of people scared of blood/needles, children, and pretty much any kind of person you'd find in a hospital. It's definitely more difficult, but not everyone can be easy. You can't really get mad at patients even if they hurt you since most of the time they can't help it or are just panicking. It's something you have to deal with.

I'd be terrified by a spaceshuttle or sitting in a racing car at high velocity. Heck, my grandmother is terrified to death by the prospect of going on a plane, so much so that she refused to take a vacation me and my brothers gifted her.

That girl with that problem was actually pretty funny apologising to the nurse the nurse was actually really kind and didn’t have to do anything like putting her to sleep with medicine she just tried calming her body down and helping her, give her a damn raise
