No 268. Trip Report onboard British Airways from Phoenix to Glasgow via London Heathrow!

Let's finish my Return to the West Adventure in January 2004 with a final trip report, this time onboard British Airways all the way from Phoenix to Glasgow via London Heathrow.
This trip includes Premium Economy (BA World Traveller Plus) from Phoenix to London, and Economy (Euro Traveller) from London up to Glasgow. Because I'd no window seat on the long flight, I could only bring limited content but I cover the transfer from T3 to T5 before being back at a window seat on the last leg up to Glasgow.
