- The Changi Airport in Singapore is known to be the world's best airport after winning hundreds of award including the one for the best airport in the world last year once again.
We are spending a full day inside the Singapore Airport to see if it is truly the best!

It all started inside the Jewel. This is the part of the airport which is accessible to everyone. It is located before airport security and is basically a mall. It has everything from shopping to dinning and several activities like the Canopy Bridge for an amazing view of the rain vortex also known as the tallest manmade waterfall in the world. It also has a maze, gardens, the canopy park and so much more.
Once you are done with the Jewel section, the it is time to cross into the actual airport where things get even BETTER!
After having a quick look at the very impressive designer stores, we decided to head up to the airport pool located on the airport's rooftop. The pool is owned and operated by the Aerotel Singapore Airport and costs $25 a person which is totally worth it if you ask me!
And just in case the pool is not enough to impress you, they have a FREE 24/7 airport movie theatre, a Singapore style Hawker Centre for delicious street food, a butterfly garden, a monorail and more airport lounge than you can dream of!
Overall, we can't tell you if his is the best airport in the world but we both agree that this is by far the best airport we have ever had the chance to visit.

My favourite airport in the while wide world. The only airport where I always pray I miss my flight. Yes, it's been skytrax airport of the year for many years in a row now. And they keep improving. The jewel is relatively new.

You guys missed it... the Jewel. U still able to go through the Jewel after the immigration by taking the rail from T2 to T3 and return.

@@DaveMani yeap! There are about 12 stores here, with one almost every corner of the island with plans to expand further from a news this month. Plus the Asian and US Toys R Us are completely separate thats why the stores in this region remains unaffected from the bankruptcy
