Hi Andy. Cooked your recipe yesterday for a party of six and it was great! Freshest Pad Thai I ever had, better than downtown Thai place’s. Love all your little tips and pointers, really helpful for a home chef. Love your short videos across socials. Greetings from Belgium!
Love Thai food, thank you for teaching us as well. Growing garlic chives. Beautiful
Perfect !
@@andy_cooks dear Andy. Please give me a chance and let me work for you
Watching you cook is so inspiring, keep on kicking ass man. Love your style
Some Thai cooks say that oyster sauce is generally not used in Pad Thai. I've used it for extra flavor. If you can get your hands on sweet radish, it gives an extra umami flavor. Also, you don't need to boil the dried noodles, just soak it in warm water for 15-20 minutes until it's pliable.
Always enjoy the videos and the outcome. You’re recepie never fail. Thanks Andy for the post !
That looks so good Andy. Could you make pho? I'd love to learn how to cook it because its my favorite noodle dish! Cheers

You definitely need your own show! You are fabulous and that accent just makes it more watchable. I love cooking shows and learning different recipes. I absolutely loved Anthony Bourdain, I watched his shows and enjoyed all of his contents. Phenomenal human being.

you need MSG to get approval from Uncle Roger... I always impressed that you never lost authentic way for any dishes you cook
Man, becoming one of my faves brotha
Great food-great vids. You should compile a series of your favourite dishes from around the world. Bet i'm not the only on who would enjoy this. Cheers
Easy to cooked and so yummy✌️
Hi! Andy, I really love you cooking youtube clips, especially when you cooked Thai and Korean dishes. I am Thai and my wife is Korean. There are a number of chefs who cook Thai dishes. However, there are a few chefs who cook Korean dishes in their shows. You are one of them. Greetings from Seoul. 😋😋😋
Yum that made me hangry thanks chef love watching your vids 👍 ❤
Thanks 🙏
Orders up, Chef! I’d love SO MUCH to see your version of toad in the hole. Classic BritXKiwi mix from my childhood with Yorkshire pudding mix and sausies. YUM!
Hey mate love your vids I was wondering if you could do a blended sauce pasta type of dish I’ve been exploring different combinations and would love to see what you come up with
Terrific video!
Wow! That’s an absolute delish🤤
Here’s some thing I have to say as your channel new fan!
The different of PadThai and other kinds of random MheePad is the first ingredient to fragrant the oil is finely chopped shallot😋 yes padthai is the only kind we fragrant it with shallot and only shallot. You are right about high heat❤️ And end with sun dried shrimp right before spring onion.
The different of PadThai and KaoPad (fried rice) is timing of the eggs. Egg after noodle and turn down the heat to medium high is essential. But egg before rice. We want the noodle to smell a bit burnt but the egg is still fresh and fluffy cooked. And we also add fried tofu to enhance the note of those eggs.
And we make padthai more spicy with Sriracha and dried chili.
The rest are perfect!😌🙏🏻
Pad Thai meal your version makes me hungry. The sauce is brilliant. every part of prepping cook and eat 😋 is what a girl like me looks forward to.Thanks
Love your cooking 👏👏👍😘😘❤️💕💕
amazing as always...stay safe 👌🏻✌🏻
Awesome thanks Andy, also i love rainbow beach, probably going up there soon.
I don't know what's cooler, Andy. The Pad Thai recipe or that Suzuki rig 🤤
“Where MSG? You forgot the MSG! Haiyaa!”
“For southeast Asian cooking use shallots. Onion for poor people only. Haiyaa!”
- Uncle Roger
👍
“He should ask Gordon Ramsey for wok, because Gordon Ramsey is wok fuk boi. You only need 1 wok, no need for too or tree.”
You don’t need msg when you’re using oyster sauce and fish sauce lol
My favorite
loving the Jimny, Andy!
we usually add dry chili flakes at the end if we want a little kick, but I am sure that fresh chili you added gonna taste as good!
Thanks!
Bloody classic alright 👍👍
My favorite phad Thai food
amazing!
Thanks!
I like your cooking very much.
What a great tip. Pre cracked eggs. Never would of thought of that. You're a legend mate
Delicious 🧡🧡🧡🧡
That looks awesome. That looked like a regular frying pan that you used which I know that you said that you forgot to bring your wok with you. There is a little Thai restaurant near where I live, central Vermont USA, and the woman who does all of the cooking makes all of the sauces that she uses from scratch, minus soy sauce and fish sauce, and she also makes the different noodles that she uses in her dishes. Love Thai food.
As a Thai, I approve this Andy!
Boxes ticked ! Gotta be resourceful when on the beach - nailed it Chef ; - )
3:33 this little technique is something I will use from now on, maybe not with things that are too hot but will definitely save me a teaspoon or three
Lovley area, miss Australia. Went 6 years ago. Wouldn't have minded a pad thai at the beach 😁
🤤 thank you
Hi Andy, you just solved my problem with Asian food. I have always tried to cook for six people at one time. It should be one person a time. Love the Rambo wok burner!
I am liking to cook the pad Thai Tajikistan style. We liking to use the Yak scrum with drippings on the noodles and spicy cerpa bean pasting!! Yummy city!!
Cool chef . 🙏
It’s more than 80% of original Pad Thai, well done.
Hey andy love your stuff. Could you try potatoes pancakes and ring bologna.. One of my favorite
What a champion
Yummmmm!!!
Looking forward to see more of outdoor cooking. Why don't you make some steak or burgers outdoors. Love your videos. Very inspiring and delicious 😋 Learn so much all ready. In Poland, we're I'm from we have garlic chives and is delicious. We also have wild galvic, and here you can eat only the leaves. It tastes like combination of garlic and spinach leaves. You can make pesto from it as well.
Yum
Хорошо погуляли. Хорошо покушали. 👍👍👍💯💯💯
Ya'll say "thank you " it's literally all that matters. Oh and like the video.
Harry would understand I’m sure Andy. Great beach coop up mate.
Rainbow Beach! I used to work there!
Great video :)
Greetings from Germany
Yummy
Mouthwatering 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Would love to see char kway teow please. And some different variations of rice paper rolls. Anything Vietnamese, especially noodles.
That looks amazing.what type of burner is this? looks great for windy conditions
Great vid and location.
They drive must have been so lovely
Great video, your heat source looked great and strong, what were you using, if you don’t mind telling
Used to live on 3 of these a day in Bangkok🇹🇭 for $1 total for the day.
That was back in the day & at the end of LOOOONG +6 month plus trips coming back out of India 🇮🇳
I've been looking for a wok setup like that for ages. Where did you get that from?
And I'm glad you never used tofu in your dish :)
I love Pad Thai and I will try your version if I can find a tamarin paste🙏
Made this last night, was delish but I’m interested in what noodles you used, the texture on mine weren’t great and they broke up, so think I would soak them for a shorter time knowing they will cook more in the wok. I also used 10-15% less brown sugar and my wife thought it was more citrusy than what she is used to, I loved the citrus/tamarind twang. Overall though, super tasty!
