  • Hello everyone! Today we will learn how to make crochet leg warmers!
    These feature a cute little heart pattern, which is perfect for Valentine's day.
    This project is appropriate for advanced beginners and beyond! These are completely customizable and will fit a wide array of sizes. I'll demonstrate how to do different stitches throughout this project, but if you need to see any in more detail please reference my videos from my Beginner Crochet Series. You will need to be familiar with making a slip knot, chain, single crochet, double crochet, front post and back post double crochet, and a slip stitch.

    *I used Lush Impeccable by Loops & Threads
    -Crochet hook size I or 5.5mm

      Yes, i was really amazed when i saw your way of ribbing! I see that your way is so much easier other than doing single crochets for ages, thanks for the tutorial:)
      Edit: I had never seen this way of ribbing before, I am 3 and a half years into crocheting, but I haven’t seen this! Is this your own, or is this technique known?

      Thanks so much! I learned from UA-cam videos back when there were hardly any options so I’m glad to be a part of that for others who are learning. Enjoy your crochet journey!!

    THANK YOU FOR THE TUT!! very easy to follow :)) but i have a question. how do i make white part (the one that takes up the leg most) wider??? so the below the knee part is tight and then its just kind of flowy in the middle and end

      Hmm I’m sure you could increase by adding double stitches evenly spaced around like how you would grow a hat in the round.

    Can I make it with 6/5 mm crochet

    • @LovinYouHomemade
      @LovinYouHomemade  Рік тому

      I don’t see why not. Just make sure it’s an ok hook size for the yarn you’re using then just measure the fit on your body as you go

    Can you do the same thing without making a heart??

      Absolutely. You can just use one color the whole time then.

    my pattern doesn’t match with yours like the heart pattern i have 32 stitches in total and am following what your saying but i end up with 2 single stitches instead of 1
