Well done! For someone who's learning by himself, you're quite decent. However, if I may recommend: in case you haven't, try weight lifting as well. You need some extra strength. Focus on your legs, back and mid section. You caught your friend with some clean shots and he looked unfazed from shots that should have rocked him. Also, on the same note: your friend would do better to improve his guard. He got caught with clean shots from someone who's not a pro. If you were stronger, he'd be on his butt. A pro boxer would send him to sleep. These are my 2 cents on what I've seen here. Overall good job to you for what you've learned so far!
To add to my point: at 1:36 he slips right into your hook. That should have sent him to the canvas. And at 2:13 again, same thing. His guard is not efficient, so he got caught clean in the mouth. If you were stronger, this would have gone differently for you. Your conditioning + strength seem to be your biggest disadvantages given your level. Other things like defence require a coach and much more training, which is why I'm only focusing on things you can control by yourself.
I've been boxing for years and honestly someone can have the same skill set as you, be just as talented as you are, the same weight class it's like a game almost, and what really comes down like what counts is power and speed if you don't have speed or power you're done, you know it's like if you're hitting like, if you have pellow hands you're done, you need to have power and you need to get faster hands, so practice just hitting the bag for hours, like an hour a couple of times a day really, hone in on your speed you really need speed and power in order to have advantage, you look like you did really good though you may have gassed out a little bit, so maybe going more runs you're blocking is good your head movement is good, your power is respectable and good, but you don't move too much which is good so you don't exhaust yourself you know, sometimes people move too much they try to duck too much, by going down and beinding there knees, I do that sometimes but not often, but you're efficient but if you just put your hands up and step back a bit, less effort, so you can save more energy, compared to having to constantly move and bend your knees down in order to dodge a punch, just having your guard up and walking backwards when needed, is good and I saw you doing that a bit, keep it up, youre a good fighter, just work on conditioning and conditioning your power, and speed
I was punching hard because his coach/dad is telling me for him to prepare on his pro debut. For me its my first time throwing bombs. I usually light spar but his coach wants me to experience whats it like on a real match.
You need to work on your cardio more. You may not be "tired" per say, but I can see that you are gassed already, later in this round. Don't throw so many power shots, unless you know they will connect. Try to pick your shots more and use your head/waist movement more. Your friend in white gloves, uses it very well in this sparring, so I could recommend you to try and train that. Get into the habit of moving more. You have a traditional "Mexican" style, which I have too, but it doesn't work if you do not use head/waist movement. Your guard is decent, you could work on covering your body some more, but your style is very risky for you right now, IF, you do not work on your defense. You will eventually take a lot of damage, all because you do not move. Do not be discouraged, learn from these sparring's and get better from here! Good work from both. Continue to post more sparring videos, so you can later study them. It's a trick I did.

Continue to post more sparring videos, so you can later study them. It's a trick I did.
