    What are you doing staying up so late, Bruno? Or are you super early? I see I am not alone here... other night owls up so late.
    Well this is magnificent! A tour de force. It looks sumptuous, and restrained at the same time. I especially like the rectangular shape. I had seen an apricot almond tart once in a baking book by Christian Teubner but never found it again. Now finally, it has come home again, this time with pistachios. Mixing the two nuts together is brilliant. The nut layer looks very rich. Yum!
    Merci, Chef Bruno! You are simply the best. I adore your channel. Such perfect desserts.

    I’m in the process of making it for the second time for a dinner tonight. Only thing is I put the powdered sugar at the beginning, I’m hoping that’s not a desastre…?
