    I’m a mechanic and a guitarist I have suffered with golfers, elbow and tennis elbow for a long time now. I just received my Powerball and just in one week of using it. I have a eliminated tennis elbow and golfers elbow. So simple and effective at the same time! Best $14 I’ve ever spent!

    I touched the rotor while it was spinning. It just stopped immediately and I receive no injury. Absolutely gutted.

    My skin has toughened up since last time and i never get blisters anymore! I think my technique was all wrong and i was not gripping hard enough! But thank you for your advice! My arms are getting bigger as i have been using my powerball for over a year now! =)

    I use it. I like it!! Forearm strength, for me, is key. Big forearms, IMHO!, is more intimidating than big biceps.

    I use my powerball pro 6 days a week i do 3 sessions a day 30mins each session.. One session in the morning and afternoon then at night just before bed..(I dont use on Sundays though! To repair my muscles and gain energy) I use my powerball until my biceps are on fire.. I know i have done a good session when i find it hard to lift a spoon to eat! Hope all goes well with your sessions and keep it up dude! No pain No gain! =)

    the one i bought came with a dvd (that i lost) and it recommended doing some different forearm stretches beforehand. theres a lot of repetitive motion problems that can go wrong in the forearm, wrist, elbow and shoulder

    i recently re injured a shoulder injury, and, i just happened to have a dynaflex powerball, i am in the healing process, so, gave it a try, just a lil at a time, but, i already feel some strength, and the surrounding areas are not as tight and sore.

    This is probably a conditioning issue, just as if you started running in a new pair of shoes, you have to break it in some. You are probably letting it slip a little bit in your hand. Try working on conditioning your hands and really give it a good squeeze while you are working out. I had the blister problem for a short while until I stopped letting it move at all in my hand, and of course I got stronger :). Hope that helps.

    Hi!
    I have been attempting to recover from tendonitis in my right hand (too much computer use), and have been experiencing pain mainly in my wrist, ring finger and pinky finger. Would you be able to recommend me a specific exercise to perform with my powerball to best recover (keeping in mind tgat I still need to use the computer for work)? Also, what intensity/length to work for?
    Thanks!

      Everything in moderation is key. You don't want to overwork your muscles and obtain an injury. Start off slow and build up your powerball workout routines.

    Only problem is every motions is exactly like jacking off. Which what made my other arm bigger in the first place. The irony is poetic!!! I would something else but this things is the best( ive tried like 10) different wrist exercisers and i obssesive compulsively searched them all! This is the best as everyone here knows!

  • @earthlingdad

    I've had one for years, I like it but it DOES NOT provide all the benefits Flanders claims. It ain't that good. Does NOTHING for biceps....just grip.

    • @mgottpt
      @mgottpt 15 днів тому

      I agree. But I do feel the strength carryover to lifts like curls was still nice and it’s tough to find a more fun way to work forearms.
      I’ll also add that this guy should be ashamed for trying to say it truly built his biceps. If he really feels that way then his genetics are so good he would have built them taking a dump.

    Powerball does not train biceps, it trains extensors and flexors. So yeah, sorry to burst your bubble, you won't become a body builder by playing with Power Ball.
