How to install custom rom on Asus Zenfone 5Z [ Detailed guide ] || Evolution x rom 2020

- This video is for Asus Zenfone 5Z users who wants to flash Custom roms on their phone.
Please volume up and Sorry for my poor English, I can't speak well i can explain in Hindi too.
At first the main step is you have to #Unlock the #Bootloader of your device [Compulsory]
To Unlock Bootloader Follow This👇
1. Download the unlocking tool from the link given below
2. Turn on developer option on your device and turn on USB debugging.
3. Open the unlocking tool and just follow the instructions.
Note: [ your internal storage will be cleared after unlocking the bootloader so backup everything before doing anything ]

There is no networks issue on roms.....it's maybe your sim is causing this.
And maybe sim network is not available in your location

First the dfe file is missing. Second my phone now just keeps on loop and always stays on the recovery from the rom I use. A/B slots are shit

@@nagi7514 go to recovery. Wipe system and delvik. then reboot to other slot (inactive). then wipe system and delvik again and flash the update rom zip file and reboot to recovery. then you can boot normally

how do you install Derpfest ROM? It doesn't have a proper guide for those who are not good at it.
Or Derpfest ROM is also suitable to this video's guide? Derpfest seems to not prebuilt TWRP , and those questions let me give up. But i still want to try this rom and Havoc.

The flashing process is same as I have shown...for any Android 10 Based rom.

Rooting is not necessary,, but bootloader must be unlocked before flashing any rom

Which rom is better derpfest or evolution x?
For gaming i would recommend you Derpfest rom with derfest kernel. And i personally recommend you to test Havoc OS because i had no touch issue particularly in Havoc

I've been following your tutorial my slot was b so i change it to a and excecute the next step but stuck on logo powered by android and cant enter to twrp mode so i repeat the step to slot b and succes install twrp but my phone lose the system ui and stuck on powered by android too

1. Place "OnePlus 6 Oxygen OS For ZenFone 5Z" in TWRP>BACKUP>(Device serial number) folder
2. Reboot your phone to TWRP.
3. Once your device is booted in TWRP, select "Restore" option
4. Now, select the backup named "OnePlus 6 Oxygen OS for ZenFone 5Z"
5. After selecting the backup folder, click on System, Boot, Vendor & Data.
6. Now Swipe to Restore.
7. Once restored, click on Reboot to System.
Bhai mujhe yeh btao isme Kya krna hai rom instaal krni hai ya restore krni hai smjh mein nhi aarha or 1st step mein internal storage mein folder ko copy krna hai kya
TWRP recovery install karne k baad internal storage par ek folder create ho jaate he...uske andar BACKUP folder hoga...uske andar pe backup rom daal do

Check your USB drivers properly...Check if the cable is supported or not...And be sure that you have installed Asus USB drivers and Qualcomn android USB drivers

Installed all the required drivers still my device is not detecting on fastboot
Please try with different cables and if this doesn't work...then download minimal adb and fastboot from google and install on your pc....then see if it works..i hope
