Remco, we need a Q&A from you; who's the man behind the funk??? Thanks for sharing you are definitely the best bassist I've ever come across! cheers Remco!!!
Man I wish you did lessons here on youtube, thats my wish for a better world, teaching me how to groove like that, so I can make people dance like they owned that shit..👍😊
Dude, I've been listen through all your stuff in UA-cam and I really wish you had this stuff on Spotify and other streaming platforms because I'd love to just jam to this.
Thanks so much Gabriel, really appreciate hearing that! Yes, pretty soon I plan to release all these latest tunes on bandcamp, iTunes, spotify etc. When it's there I'll make sure it'll be found! Thank you for listening :) Cheers!
Remco. Thank you for your amazing videos. I'm a big fan. Lots to learn from you! I'm curious about what amp rig you play live with. Could you please share?
Much appreciated George, thanks for watching! I use a Trace Elliot AH300-12 amp with a Trace 1048H cabinet, lotsa punch & great definition in those amps :) Cheers for stopping by!
Hey man, are you planning to change your profile picture someday soon? It has all the ugly colors from 2000s :D Anyway, very nice to listen your new grooves each time. Hope the best for you!
Glad you're digging it Percy! On the Microbass I've set the bass at 50%, treble at 60 & the gain boost at 30, I'm using input A & didn't use any of the extra features. The Multicomp has the gain on 40%, the comp/limit on 60 & it's set to multiband mode. Thanks for dropping by!
Thanks Remco! It sounds like you are running the preamp before the multicomp instead of the other way around, or am i mistaken? I really like your compressed sound!
When you play would you say your strumming/plucking technique is hard, medium or soft ? seems like your really going at it when you play and does that put a toll on hands on long gig's. Cheers.
When playing funk rock I'd say mostly medium to hard, but I feel there isn't much tension on the muscles. I've worked on making it more of a controlled technique after it did wear me out on longer gigs. I can happily groove on for hours now :) Cheers!

Almost sounds Mario Kart 64 style, but in today's music.
DECENT
That tone is sexy. My god.
Really great sound! I'm wondering what settings you are using on your Microbass and multicomp? Keep the good work up!
