Wilkies Pools Track, Taranaki, New Zealand | 4K

Short walk through goblin forest to series of pools at base of Mount Taranaki. This track is well formed and, I believe, wheelchair accessible. Can be done as a loop but return part is uneven with number of stream crossings.
Track starts at parking lot right by Dawson Falls Visitor Centre. On weekends it can get very busy. I've witnessed times when there were no parking spots at all.

Really accurate depiction of this little walk; just like being there! Fwiw I found the rock walk around the pools pretty slippery.
