Female demographic here (also Latina), Dragon Ball has been a huge influence on my life and who I am today. It introduced me to the world of anime. It helped me connect with people and make friends in school. Even after all these years, I still pull up DBZ clips on YT and rewatch my favorite seasons when I'm feeling down. Maybe I'm just super emotional, but when I learned Akira had passed while scrolling through Twitter, I had to take a few minutes to just let myself fall apart and cry. Akira is a true legend and I mourn for all of the unfinished work and ideas he left behind. Despite this, it is heartwarming to see how much love and respect people around the globe have for this man. Fly high Toriyama-san.

Dragon Ball and Goku are based on "A Journey West" and Wukong from Chinese legend, which is one of the reasons the series cross borders between Japan and China. Goku resonated with people all over the globe, the hispanic community like you said, but also the arab community and the african community. Truly cross cultural impact on all of humanity. A big bro show for so many, including me. Didnt expect to cry but ong i did. RIP Akira.
The way dragon ball and Goku influenced me to be a better person, being strong but being true and humble. Fighting for what's right and protecting your loved ones and friends. To have grown up watching as a kid I feel privileged.

I am EXTREMELY excited for Dragon's Dogma 2. I played through the first one several times, and it was just so sick. I'm very excited for the combat to be a little bit better in the 2nd and also excited for the exploration. Gonna be SO good.

Assassin's creed pvp was amazing but they also tried a co-op multiplayer in Assassin's creed Unity and it was not terrible but they never expanded on it, it was like 5 missions and then in the next games they disregarded it completely 😂

Nintendo jump in because tears of the kingdom, the latest Kirby game, metroid dread and super Mario Wonder where available on the patron a week before release and that's why they didn't even went to court because they where not getting away with anything.

Dragon ball is so big ON Dominican Republic where I'm from, that when it was on its first run, the president had to by presidential decrete make Dragon ball runs 3 times a day because people will skip work, request lunches and schools had to move their lunch time because everyone will disappear at 4:30pm to watch it so the government decided to have it run at 11am, 4:30pm and 11pm, must barbershops have Dragon ball murals, game stores and must basket ball courts, the day we saw the preview Goku was going Super saiyan it came out on all news that's how big Dragon Ball is there
I stopped following rooster teeth after they stopped on the spot and the whole thing with Ryan and Adam. It was so bad. I learned that it shut down from this episode
