Hi, I need to know what is the colors of the wiring module for a 03 trail blazer lt, my wires broke off and i cant find where they go , been looking on you tube, but nothing, theres 2 pink and red, and black and white one, dont know where they go too, my truck wont start now, could u please help me out????
Can a malfunctioning Theft Deterrent System (Vats for 1998 Buick Lesabre) cause the Fuel Pump to not eject Fuel? I had a malfunctioning Theft Deterrent System start giving me issues late December. Horn honking, marker lights flashing, buttons clicking etc. Battery would drain down about every 4 days. I replaced the battery and started experiencing issues with a Crank No Start problem. Desperate to get my car going I tried starting it for 15 solid minutes. I think I contributed to burning out my Starter. 😥 I replaced my Starter and drove only two days and am back to experiencing a Crank No Start and also same Anti Theft Symptoms... ugh. Help!
If the tdm is bad it will need replaced, if your key is a chip key you may just have a bad ignition lock cylinder, and yes having the security light on will typically shut the fuel injectors down
Question ? Once you have engine started, can you then disconnect and remove the vats module permanently and still operate vehicle normally without the vats module in the system ?
I have a 2000 Chevy z71 pickup the security light is staying on all the time truck will start for a few seconds then die was told might be the anti system module where is it located

guys you can use a spare key to at least test if this is your issue...just cut the wire and cut back the orange some and take the two white wires and trim back some as if you would place a resistor or bypass kit and hold the key between it should start the car but you must have two keys with this
my keys dropped in a sewer, i changed the lock cylinder assembly and took out a alarm installed previously... starts but shuts off. idk if that makes a diiference
same thing with me I keep saying the same thing that's happening car turns on shuts off injectors turn off from the computer nobody will say what that is is the simplest one out of every one

What if you buy a 2001 chevy silverado from an auction that has no key..... How can you check the resistance to be able to disable the "Vehicle Anti theft system"?? Also for the "VATS"......what if the key has no chip......How do I check the resistance??
Just cut the thin yellow wire coming from the ignition passlock 3 wire connector and tape off the side that leads to the connector. Then connect a 3.4K ohm resistor to the yellow wire side that heads under the dash. Then connect the other end of the resistor to the orange wire (do not cut the orange wire, just poke a hole through it to feed the resistor connection through it and solder and/or tape/shrinkwrap it. I did this and did not even have to do a Relearn after.

Sorry but i had bad luck using methods on youtube. Not lasting. for Vats. I finally just put a wired switch where the ground to the computer on the body. Tricked the puter into thinking it s another day . Always starts now.
@@flamedrivenphenomnix1007 I put a switch between the frame of the car and the computer ground wire. so I would not have to disconnect the battery each time to over ride the security lock. {which was a 12 hour wait or more }.

Can you test hertz at pcm for 93 c4 with dvom?
I installed remote ready and this bypass module and all I get out of the engine is- it cranks over and turns right back off. Anyone have this issue?

Nope, that car has a passlock 3 rf transponder based anti-theft system, not a resistor based setup like this video explains.
