I always wondered why Alastor looked off. Yes, he’s smiling but if we really looked deeper you can see it, it’s kind of an sad smiling. It’s in his eyes particularly. He looks tired and spent. I always loved this little details.Omg this makes me wanna just give him a hug!

I was actually thinking of how aro/ace/aroace people tended to get institutionalized back when Alastor was alive and how, if not for the fact that she was married to Frank, Rosie totally would have been not just understanding and supportive but quite possibly married him to give him deniability, especially since he was a public figure and under closer scrutiny than normal

This was an absolutely beautiful comic! I love how Alastor's and Rosie's friendship is so strong that Rosie immediately noticed that something was off with Alastor based on the expression in his eyes and his genuine smile not being present on his face❤. It looks like a real interaction that would happen between them and that Alastor is so close to Rosie that he doesn't mind her touching and questioning him. I wish this would actually happen in the show. Plus, the voice actors did a wonderful job of getting into character for these two and I'd love to see more in the future!

I like to think that Alastor is Demisexual and Demiromantic, not nonsexual/nonromantic.
I like the idea of him being aro ace and still able to form strong, emotionally intimate relationships. Love isn't off the table just because it's not romantic.
