My office just started using it and I have to agree, it is beyond a nightmare. I am going to seriously start looking elsewhere, all thanks to this program.
Implementing Workday was the best decision our organization made. It allowed us to streamline and standardize our business processes across the whole organization. Workday isn't perfect, but much better than PeopleSoft. On the whole, we find that our functional units love the system. The IT staff whose jobs were tied to running the previous on-premise systems don't tend to love it.
Workday is the absolute worst application. Our company went to it and the set up, training, and implementation were a disaster. The ongoing issues are terrible. I know people have been overpaid but it is impossible to convey this to anyone who can fix it.
Workday Commercial "Agile CFO" has comments turned off, so my comment is posted here. Its theme is beyond rudeness and insubordination inflicted on management by employees. It is downright a portrayal of a criminal attack. So long as this commercial runs, I don't know how any employee can be dismissed for cause at an unemployment insurance hearing. Every time it's shown on CNBC, I cringe. It's disgusting. Take it off the air! Whoever approved of this advertising campaign should be fired at once!
