To the person reading this. Life is amazing, be grateful for everything you have done and built, being grateful propelled me in my purpose and my UA-cam channel beyond my wildest dreams. The moment I chose positive thoughts over negative and made positive thinking (autosuggestion - affirmations) part of my personality I transformed everything's because it pushed me to stay optimistic while taking actions.
I am so greatful that I sleep well! My bed is made every day, after I showered andhave aired out the bed. I love my bedroom, no tv, no electronics, just resting, sleeping n playing 😊😊😊
Playing... Reminds me of old friend Hugh Hefner. He invented playing in bed. Huge round, custom bed. 6-10 Playmates at a time each night. 10-20 elsewhere on the grounds, a dozen in their own house in back. I think Hugh was the king of bedroom play. Btw: he was a perfect gentleman. Legendary in his generosity to all. A great man. RIP, Hugh. Let's hope we can enjoy our lives and contribute as much as you did in yours. And I hope to learn from Lewis a fraction of what he endeavors to teach us.

Your pain is real and valid as much as if you were all busted up & broken in hospital.🌸🌼🌻🌺 You will heal honey. I was the one who made the relationship go sour, she made the decision to end it. Before If I had any situation I would just go to her immediately since she was my best friend but now I can’t do that. Right now All I want is to get her back. We will see. Again thank you so much.

Practice meditation, laugh meditation with yoga will give you a load of endorphins and make the pain go away. There is a before and after when you learn how to meditate properly but a lot of people do not know the INSANE power behind it. The better you get a meditating the happier and less emotional you will be.
I’m 13mins into this and I'm already taking notes like crazy, despite the fact that I've done all of this before lol. I started a new job a few months ago, and my entire routine was completely thrown out the window; I've been struggling ever since, so I'm going right back to basics to get back on track and make life rad/amazing again. It’s as if your words have reawakened something in me too, it’s hard to explain. I had forgotten so many important things which had been life-changing and had helped me at different points in my life over the years. So grateful I pushed play on this tonight. Because of the information is just simple things to do consistently for 7 days,and one will wonder how can these few things change one for a successful , purposeful Life. and the simple way you teach. BWAAHAAAHAAAA!! I don't have to excersize in the morning. I have to muck out horse stalls, fill hay nets, hoist them 8 ft up and hang them, carry 60 gals of water, throw grain in their bowls, bring them in to their stalls, then set up for the next feeding. Then I take care of mom in law, 86 and a handful! Then get home to fix dinner b4 my hubby and our youngest son get home from work. In bed by 7, up at 2am to do it all again!🥰😁

Your video's are fantastic! I've recently learnt about being fractured by trauma and it makes so much sense now,, makes you realize you ought to get the therapy that you need before its too late. I just didn't want to pay for as it seemed always more important things to pay for and one day.... one day.... I'll get the therapy I need. Oops decades pass and you see how you fkd your life up by not addressing and finding ways to heal or process the trauma so you don't keep attracting more trauma!!

Man, this is so similar to stoicism, I wonder if that is intentional? Or if it is simply the result of a brilliant person going in and putting in lots of effort learning how to best live, coming to the same conclusions of how you live a good life, according to the stoics. Love the content, sometimes you get a few speakers that get more religious than I am comfortable with, but I still hear them out because of who is interviewing them, and try to find the gems of advice since he sees some value in them, enough to give them a platform to speak on. I remember the day and the time. It was Sun, Oct 25, 2020, 5:09 PM. I just finished watching Achieve Anything You Want In Life Using The Law Of Attraction with Bob Proctor & Lewis Howes, and I made a decision that day to change my life forever. #dyslexicthinking
Very important Lewis . Leave your bedmaking as your last action ,in the morning . Firstly ,pull back your sheets and air your bed for at least an hour and open your window . Thank you Lewis for your sound advice ,the bed ,however ,requires airing .
So agree with you. I learned at home , in Holland where I was born, to fold beck the blankets, sheets, duvet back fully, open the windows and let it air. Some days everything was hung over the balustrade or out of the open window too before making it. Nothing better then a fresh bed at night. Couldn't imagine making it straight away after spending a whole night there.
Do what works for yourself. Some days can be challenging yet taking action in small steps that can move the needle. Celebrate your progress no matter what. Thanks Lewis!
Nooo! 😭😭😭I get 3-6 hours of sleep during the week but I allow myself to sleep in til 10am on The weekends I hope that’s enough! I feel great so I must be doing something right 👍🏼
I love your coaching sessions. I'll do the breathing exercises. My go to desserts are: frozen berries, frozen banana pieces( from fresh), with either maple syrup or stevia, a fresh or stewed apple or pear can help you with that 20%, and give you incredible results for a little dessert. Small servings, are the best, even though you'll take a second helping. Thanks Lewis. I'm sharing your videos with family.
It is sooo true about achieving something you are passionate about in the morning rather than the evening when you are tired. I've tested it. I found it had a negative impact on my mind as I just wanted to race thru the day to get to the thing I truly wanted to do. But by having already done it in the morning I felt more happy, more relaxed, more at peace. So powerful.

" ... when you were mentioning the journey of writing a book , from the beginning when you were manifesting how one day you will meet the author (Tim Ferriss) of the book you just read to the finishing phase (New York Time best-selling book)....I just made my own visualization about you too.
Thank you for sharing, I thought I was the only one in the whole universe with pain from life traumas that lasted 30 years.

Very important Lewis . Leave your bedmaking as your last action ,in the morning . Firstly ,pull back your sheets and air your bed for at least an hour and open your window . Thank you Lewis for your sound advice ,the bed ,however ,requires airing .
So agree with you. I learned at home , in Holland where I was born, to fold beck the blankets, sheets, duvet back fully, open the windows and let it air. Some days everything was hung over the balustrade or out of the open window too before making it. Nothing better then a fresh bed at night. Couldn't imagine making it straight away after spending a whole night there.

Nooo! 😭😭😭I get 3-6 hours of sleep during the week but I allow myself to sleep in til 10am on The weekends I hope that’s enough! I feel great so I must be doing something right 👍🏼

I love your coaching sessions. I'll do the breathing exercises. My go to desserts are: frozen berries, frozen banana pieces( from fresh), with either maple syrup or stevia, a fresh or stewed apple or pear can help you with that 20%, and give you incredible results for a little dessert. It is sooo true about achieving something you are passionate about in the morning rather than the evening when you are tired. I've tested it. I found it had a negative impact on my mind as I just wanted to race thru the day to get to the thing I truly wanted to do. But by having already done it in the morning I felt more happy, more relaxed, more at peace. So powerful.
I am 71 and never had Stroke I need to live a happier life I need to write things down
