I came here and subscribed just because I have mad respect for "Rosette" and I wanted to pay my respects as best I could to its creator. I've been a fan of Cracking the Cryptic since just before the covid pandemic and I watch Simon's solve pretty much every day. Now that I think about it, I find I spend way more time in life watching Simon solve than I spend solving Sudoku's myself. I rather enjoy watching someone with God like logic abilities go through the contortions necessary, knowing I could never wrap my brain in such a manner. I guess this puts you into the category of "the person in human resources who hired God for the job."
Thank you for your kind words! I do also enjoy watching Simon at peak form, especially in front of a puzzle that I can't solve myself. I wanted to mention (since you found your way here), that I do have a second channel for puzzles, but the content there is sparse at best: www.youtube.com/@gliperallogic599
